Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. We see patients in the following order; emergencies, appointments and then walk-ins. For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.

Our veterinary team is committed to treating our clients with the dignity and respect you deserve. To achieve this end, we make it our goal to spend ample time during each exam to answer your questions and meet your pet’s needs. As part of our effort to ensure our clients and their pets receive the time, attention, and care they deserve, there is a $25 appointment deposit for new clients as a guarantee that you will be coming to your appointment at the correct day and time. This deposit will be applied to your bill on the day of the appointment. We look forward to providing your pet with the highest quality care and undivided attention during your next visit.
